Right of Return for 365 Days

Unused and undamaged items can be returned within 365 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return costs.

If you request a return within 14 days of delivery, the money will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 working days. Customers who have not kept the original packaging must provide suitable packaging themselves.

In case a return request is reported between 15 and 365 days after delivery, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher that can be used within 360 days. Please note that in this case, it is only possible to return brand-new, unused and unassembled products in their original packaging. Bathtubs, whirlpools and massage baths cannot be returned after 14 days from delivery.

Before returning the goods, please fill out the form to generate a return number. Shipments without a return number affixed will not be accepted.
